- "Marauders" - Enterprise discovers a deuterium mining colony that is being controlled by Klingon marauders. The crew trains the colonists to defend
themselves and prepare for battle against their Klingon oppressors.
- "Judgment" - Archer is charged by a Klingon tribunal for helping rebels try to escape the Empire.
- "Bounty" - Archer is captured by a Tellarite bounty hunter who plans to hand him over to the Klingons.

- "A Private Little War" - On a planet with a primitive civilization, the Enterprise discovers that the Klingons are providing a Stone Age society

worse, the ship also has to defend itself from the Klothos, a Klingon vessel captained by Kor.

- "Heart of Glory" - Worf faces a test of loyalties when three fugitive Klingons come on board the Enterprise-D.
- "A Matter Of Honor" - Riker serves as an exchange officer on a Klingon warship.
- "The Emissary" - The Enterprise crew has to deal with a Klingon sleeper ship whose occupants don't know the Federation and Klingons are at peace.
On-board to help them is an emissary, who (coincidentally) is one of Worf's former love interests.
- "Shades of Gray" - Commander Riker fights for his life in sick-bay after he is infected by an alien parasite while on an away-mission. Dr. Pulaski
soon discovers that the only way to save Riker's life is to force his mind to relive painful memories. (Season finale)
- "Sins of the Father" - Worf is plunged head-first into the politics of the Klingon Empire when his deceased father is accused of treason.
- "Reunion" - Captain Picard is selected to arbitrate the selection of a new Chancellor for the Klingon Empire and, in doing so, find out who
dishonorably murdered the old Chancellor. Also involved is Ambassador K'Ehleyr, who has a surprise for Worf: their son.
- "The Drumhead" - An overzealous Starfleet admiral begins a witch-hunt aboard the Enterprise to find a conspiracy, eventually accusing Captain
Picard of treason.
- "The Mind's Eye" - En route to Risa, Geordi La Forge is taken prisoner by a Romulan ship and mentally conditioned to assassinate a Klingon governor
in order to implicate the Federation as enemies of the Empire and unbalance relations between the two governments.
- "Redemption" - Picard balances his Federation and Klingon duties as new Klingon Chancellor Gowron faces a civil war, and Worf fights to regain his
father's honor. (Season Finale)
- "Redemption II" - Starfleet, led by Picard; works to expose Romulan meddling in the Klingon Civil War, as Gowron and Worf take on the House of

- "Unification I" - To the Federation's surprise, Ambassador Spock has traveled to Romulus. Fearing he has defected, they send Captain Picard and
some of his officers on a covert mission to determine why.
- "Unification II" - On Romulus, Picard and Data meet with Spock, who claims to be trying to reunite the Romulans and Vulcans. While Spock works to
achieve his goal, powers within the Romulan government seek to pervert his mission into an invasion of the Federation.
- "New Ground" - Worf's son Alexander comes to live on the Enterprise; the crew helps guide a test vehicle for a revolutionary new form of
interstellar travel.
- "Ethics" - After Worf is paralyzed by a freak accident, his only hope may be a visiting doctor with questionable morals.
- "Cost of Living" - Lwaxana Troi is onboard the Enterprise to hold her wedding ceremony; she also takes an interest in Worf's son Alexander,

memories, resulting in different reactions from each. When rogue Ferengi hijack the Enterprise, the young crewmembers, along with Alexander, lead the
revolt.

all the characters look like and have the same abilities as Data.

- "Through the Looking Glass" - In the "mirror universe," Sisko must persuade the alternate version of his dead wife to join the Terran Rebels, or he

- "In Purgatory's Shadow" - Garak and Worf investigate a message which suggests that Cardassian spymaster Enabran Tain is still alive. Upon their

- Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home - Admiral James T. Kirk is prepared to take the consequences for rescuing Spock and losing the starship Enterprise,
